With over 13 years of professional experience, Rick Pearce has developed and honed skills in Business Analysis and Project Management, specializing in leading complex organizational initiatives and software development projects. As the current manager of the Business Intelligence team, he is focused on driving data-driven decision-making processes and spearheading business analysis efforts to dissect complex projects into manageable actions. Prior to joining Plexos, Rick has consulted on several projects in the private, public and tribal sectors where he created roadmaps and process flows for internal business operations. At the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma, he was instrumental in developing the first Cyber Security playbook and redefining the Project Management Life Cycle, which resulted in a 34% increase in project throughput.
His tenure at Citibank involved supporting the development of project plans and facilitating a $50MM investment request for budgeting. Rick delivered excellent customer-facing transactions in software implementation consulting for the top 5 banks and developed scripts for +30,000 users.

Technically Rick’s skill set spans a wide array of applications and systems from intermediate to expert levels, including JIRA, SSMS, Salesforce, Tableau, Confluence, MS Project, Azure DevOps, Power BI, AWS, SQL, Excel, Visio, SharePoint, Workfront, Smartsheet, Trello, Lucidchart, and Toad. These tools have been integral in his success in managing portfolios over $400M, leading SDLC projects, and enhancing stakeholder communication through accurate reporting and process visualization.
