Kirk Fisher is an accomplished strategic financial leader with over 20 years of senior executive experience, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and developing strategic financial goals for companies. As a key figure at Plexos Capital, Kirk oversees all aspects of M&A and corporate finance, consistently driving growth and operational efficiency. He has led major turnarounds and managed complex business models by developing and achieving strategic financial goals. In addition to his professional work, Kirk serves as an Adjunct Professor at LSU’s Flores MBA Program,  He is also a traveling professor at the University of São Paulo in Brazil and the Central University of Finance and Economics (CUFE) in Beijing, China.
