Outreach is one of the most critical components of any settlement or grant program. Ultimately, the claimants are considered "clients" and considerable effort is made to accomodate these clients. Notices must be timely and accurate. To accomplish this, Plexos employs sophisticated systems to validate that the verbiage on the notice is consistent with the review, that any incomplete notifications are made with clear and concise language describing missing or inadequate supporting documentation, and that denials define areas of noncompliance.
