Service Levels

Reducing the claim life cycle is a cornerstone to our approach. As such we strive to:

  • Establish a hotline and online claims submittal platform within 24 hours of notice to proceed (NTP)
  • Establish a regional office as required within 1 week of NTP
  • Send a claim acknowledgement letter within 24 hours of NTP
  • Conduct outreach to policy holders within 24 hours of NTP
  • Generate estimates within the same day as the inspection
