Currently serving in the capacity of Director with Plexos Group including Policy lead with the City of New York for administration of $1.3 billion in Hurricane Sandy Funding.
 
State of Louisiana, Office of Community Development, Disaster Recovery Unit (OCD DRU), April 2007 – August 2014
Served in the capacity of Director for OCD DRU, which is the state agency responsible for the administration of $13.4B in Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding allocated to the state for Hurricanes Katrina and Rita and $1B for Hurricanes Gustav and Ike.  Prior to becoming Director, I also served as the Deputy Director. 
 
Commonwealth of Kentucky, Governor’s Office for Local Development (GOLD), January 2006 – April 2007
As a Local Government Advisor in the Office of Federal Grants, I worked with the Kentucky Small Cities Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program, Recovery Kentucky initiative, Appalachian Regional Commission (ARC), and Delta Regional Authority (DRA).
